Our Story

PYNE & EID was established in 2007 with a simple belief: clothing should be made with intention, worn with ease, and built to endure.

We create bespoke garments and one-of-one commissions for clients who value discretion, precise fit, and a highly personal service.

Many clients build their wardrobes with us over time — adding garments gradually, refining what they own, and investing in pieces designed to be worn for years rather than seasons.

The result is clothing that feels personal, purposeful, and entirely their own.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

our-story

In a world increasingly driven by trends and seasonal change, we have chosen a different path.

At PYNE & EID, we create permanent collections built around the signature styles we have refined over many years — garments designed to remain relevant year after year.

Rather than creating clothing intended to be replaced each season, we focus on enduring designs that can be interpreted through different fabrics, colours and textures while retaining a consistent design language.

Our aim is simple: to help clients build wardrobes with greater intention.

Garments that work together.

Garments that improve with wear.

Garments that reflect the individual rather than the trend of the moment.

Because the best clothing is not defined by a season.

It is defined by longevity, purpose and personal identity.

SAM EID — CO-FOUNDER & TAILOR

PYNE & EID is led by tailor Sam Eid - a graduate of the Whitehouse Institute of Design, Sydney, who trained under master European tailors before co-founding the business with his partner, Grant Pyne, in 2007.

Each garment is personally designed, fitted and tailored by Sam.

His approach combines traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary design sensibility. The result is tailoring that feels modern and personal while remaining grounded in technical precision, proportion and meticulous finishing.
